WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY?

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on completed services.

Payment is due at the time of service with the exception of events and retreats.  With that, you do not have to pay for an appointment you do not make it to.

If you repeatedly make appointments and then cancel at the last minute I will charge you a fee to hold your appointment time.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes! I sell gift certificates for services that are paid up front and good for up to one year from the date of purchase.
I can print you out a hard copy to be picked up at my office or electronically deliver it to you via email.
If you would like to purchase a gift certificate please contact me.  I will need your full name, email address, and payment as well as the recipient's full name.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

I currently accept Cash and Venmo.
If you need to pay with card please set it up as a payment method in your Venmo Account prior to your appointment.

DO I NEED A PEDICURE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

While you are welcome to do up your toe paint before your appointment, it is in no way required.
Please don't ask me to cut your toenails; the answer is no.
I WILL use massage cream and essential oils during the zone so your feet will leave feeling fancier and more moisturized than they did when you arrived anyway!

DO I HAVE TO SHAVE MY LEGS FOR THIS?

Honestly, I am not going to shave my legs special for your appointment so you don't have to either :)
Men in particular love a foot zone and I promise I've successfully zoned a dude with hairier calves than you have.
Come as you are!

WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS TELLING ME TO HYDRATE?

There are a few reasons for this.
#1 Very few people are properly hydrated and it has an effect on how you feel.
#2 Foot zones (and detox baths) work the entire body through the feet, this includes the lymph system which flushes toxins from the body. We want to help that flushing process along.
#3 Energy work and Reiki move a lot of energy through the body (yours and mine) which often makes people sweat, feel dehydrated or get very thirsty.
#4 The human body cannot live on caffeine and stress alone!
